He is survived by: his grandson Matt; his wife Juanita Phillips of Snohomish Washington; his mother Margie Phillips of Everett Washington; his brother Tim; his sister-in-law Cynthia Phillips of Arizona; his sister Molly; his brother-in-law Mike Smith of Lynwood Washington; his daughters, Jennifer Anderson of Cottage Grove and Heather Zaragoza of Everett, Washington; his grandchildren, Dominic of Everett Washington, Nathan of Everett Washington, Matthew of Everett Washington, Allie of Everett Washington and Tyler of Everett Washington; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Boughal, Amanda Phillips of Washington, Tessa Turner of California, Thomas Phillips and Kenneth Ricketts of Washington.
