It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy Askew (Snohomish, Washington), born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, who passed away on April 13, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert C. Watson; her brother Robert W. Watson; and her mother-in-law Beverly Askew. She is survived by: her mother Betty Watson (Gartrell); her husband Mick Askew; her son Sam; her sisters, Karen Benoit and Laurie Mitchell (Glenn); her father-in-law Bud Askew (Ann); her siblings-in-law, Sandy Ekse (Bill), Bob Askew (Kathy), Budd Askew (Irene) and Ron Askew (Vicki); and her nieces and nephews, Ericka Thielke (Stephen), Billy Ekse, Natalie Aase (Justin), Nick Askew (Kayla), Stevie Askew, Ashley Mitchell (Amanda), Amy Mitchell, Brandon Watson (Mikala), Kelsey Lenting (Jake) and Erica Mitchell.

Due to COVID-19, the celebration of Kathy's life will be held at a later date.
