It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gayle Marie Knisley (Monroe, Washington), who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Hurst and Lloyd Hurst; and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her husband Jim Knisley; her children, James Knisley (Becky), Mandi (Steve) and Laurent; her grandchildren, Ellie, Kate and Wyatt; and her siblings, Ed Hurst (Cheri) and Sue Hurst. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Perhaps most inspiring, she helped raise thousands of dollars for the American Cancer Society through Relay for Life- encouraging many friends and family to join the cause, years before cancer would personally touch her life.
