He was predeceased by: his father Frank DeBellis. He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Casey (Tomiana), Chloe and Marielle Adamson (Brett); his mother Shirley Filbert of Mount Vernon, WA; his brother Jay DeBellis of Snohomish, WA; and his daughter Lucy.
