It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Louise Tarr (Snohomish, Washington), born in Fremont, Nebraska, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Stan Tarr of Lake Stevens; her daughters, Jennifer (Brian Flemmer) and Amanda (Zac Cavassa); her siblings, Wayne Hartmann of Fremont, NE and Brenda Duran (Robert) of Tulsa, OK; her siblings-in-law, Karen Chocola of Seattle, WA, Steve and Dee Tarr of Langley, WA; and her grandchildren, Sophia Flemmer, Elaina Flemmer and Caleb Cavassa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family requests that those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to the Lewy Body Dementia Association in Cindy's name.
