He is survived by: his wife Velda Welborn; his stepchildren, Janae Winningham (Daniel), Stacey Bazan Jr. (Israel) and Andrew Vodegel (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Samuel, Asher, Kylie, Kayla, Andy Jr., Alexis, Ke'ana, Makiya, Selena and Isa.
