He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eunice Baumgardner and William Baumgardner; his wife Cleo Janine Baumgardner; his children, Wendy Jeffs (Ron), Sandy Eccher (Rick) and Bill Baumgardner; his grandchildren, Melissa Brackett, Ryan Harmon-Jeffs, Michaela Reyes (Luke) and Zachary Eccher; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Clara Joy Brackett and Hayden Reyes.
