It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E Fulton of Silverdale, Washington, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margie Elizabeth Meade and Robert Edward Fulton; his former wife Lily Parker; his daughter Melody Fulton (Clifford Berkman); his grandchildren, Antonina Berkman and Evan Berkman; his brother-in-law Ryan Gausman; and also, Raschelle, Mathew Stangeland, Jennifer, Roy Date, Stephanie and Bryan Peterson.
