He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Pettis and Lois Pettis; and his brother John Pettis (Kathleen Pettis). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen F. Pettis; his children, Patrick Pettis (Lorraine), Tracey SanFellipo (Tony), Kristin Gibbons (John), Jennifer Carlsen (Brian) and Adrienne Ohnhaus (Ronnie); and his brothers, Jim Pettis and Bill Pettis.
