With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard Thomas Birtley of Shoreline, Washington, born in State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Birtley and Elizabeth Birtley of Palos Verdes, CA.. He is survived by: his sister Cathy Fenn (Howard) of Menlo Park, CA; and his daughters, Cate DeJulio (Nick) of Seattle, WA and Ellie Birtley of Shoreline, WA. He is also survived by grandchildren.
