It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rae Merryweather Kopeinig (Shoreline, Washington), who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, Catherine Merryweather and Earl Merryweather; her brothers, Earl and Lane Merryweather; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Kopeinig.

She is survived by: her sons, William (Gwen) and John; her grandchildren, Aaron, Sarah (Seth), Kyle, Jana (William), Rebekah (David), Barrett and Lauren; and her caregiver Rae. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
