We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2023, at the age of 79, Elza L. Bertram (Shoreline, Washington), born in Brewster, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Gerald Bertram. He is survived by: his significant other Maryann Bertram; his sister Grace Bertram; and his children, Lisa Dutcher, Sheryl Docktor, Lonnie Bertram and Janice DeWitt. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
