He is survived by: his wife Norma (Keough); his children, Sally Keller and Steve Whitehead (Cathie); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Keller (Valerie), Sarah Keller, Erin Keller, Anna Nguyen-Whitehead and Audrey Nguyen-Whitehead; and his siblings, Marie Eier, Eva Whitehead, Laura Henry, Mary Pettis (Ron) and Richard Whitehead (Diana). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
