He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Cuzick (Bill) and Eva Cuzick (Bearden). He is survived by: his daughter Johanna Cuzick; his wife Terri Lynn; his children, Lisa Brocius, Jessyca Cuzick and Jamie Cuzick; his stepchildren, Nathan, Angela Hickson, Sarah, Jason Deemer and Brenton Smith; his brother Donny; his sister-in-law Gigi Cuzick; his grandchildren, Jami Sorensen Trujillo, Lindsey Brocious, Jazlyn Lix, Haley Hickson, Kylie Hickson, Emilee Smith, Emma Hickson (Rosy), David Brocious (Joey) and Ethan Hickson (Red); his great grandchildren, Christopher Sorenson Trujillo (Bubba), Braelyn Hollingshead (Sweet Pea) and Jawzlynn Cruise (Yaya); and his former wives, Linda Deyette and Marlene Cuzick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
