He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton George Smilanich and Edith Marian Smilanich (Hansen); his wife Chris Smilanich (Walton); his daughters, Dakari Smilanich and Daphnee McCloud (Smilanich); and his sisters, Mary Welton (Jim) and Ann Smilanich Arbuckle (Roger). He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 2 nieces, 2 great nephews, 2 great nieces and countless loving friends.
