He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Tindall; his father-in-law Rufino Nuñez; his grandparents, Curtis, Virginia Grout, Sydney, Irene Tindall, Claire and Viola Eitreim; his uncle Dave Maars; and his aunt Diann Maars.

He is survived by: his father Reed Tindall (Barbara); his wife Judith Margarita Tindall; his daughters, Anne-Marie Shell (Valerie) and Nicole Isabel Tindall; his stepfather Duane Eitreim; his mother-in-law Isabel Noriega; his sister Jean O'dell (Patrick); his siblings-in-law, Edgar Nuñez, Jaime Nuñez, Jose Nuñez, Marlene Nuñez, Maria Nuñez, Luzmilla Nuñez, Sonia Nuñez, Elizaneth Nuñez, Marianela Nuñez and Ana Nuñez; and his uncles, Christopher Grout and Steve Grout (Dee). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations to the Disabled American Veterans or the Wounded Warrior Project.
