She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Williams and Esther Williams (Drake); her husband Dale Collins; her sons, Dale Collins Jr., Larry Collins and David Collins; and her siblings, Louise Birkenfeld and Maurice Williams.
She is survived by: her son Richard Collins (Deanne); her grandchildren, Michael Collins and Lori Collins-Philips; her son Douglas Collins (Tracy); her grandchildren, Stuart Collins, Dana Collins-Wheeler and Dale; her sister Doris Fales; her niece Carey; her friends, Kathy, Louise and Wendy; and also, Audra Jones, Teresa Reinmann and Tanya Collins. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
