He was predeceased by: his sister Helen Temmer. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Charles Leonard, Troy Leonard (Bobbi), Tobin Leonard, Lynn, Annette Grant (Robert), Mary E. Adair and Angela Adair; his brother-in-law Larry Temmer-Denver of Colorado; his grandchildren, Tristina Smith, Alexandria Adair, Scott Leonard, Nichole Maxwell and Jesse Maxwell; his niece Paulette Tyson (Adrian); and his daughter Nicole.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County or any.
