He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Swegle and Bernice Swegle; his wife Billie Hugh Swegle; and his brothers, Billy and Danny.
He is survived by: his children, Melene Bourm (Cary), Jim Swegle (Lynne) and Marion Hedin (Brian). He is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and numerous friends and relatives.
