He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald William and Marguerite Lair Cochran; his brother Donald Lair; his wife Mary; his son Tim; his stepmother Margaret L. Hartman Cochran; his sister Sister Noelle; and his son-in-law Brian Harris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Hendrick (Greg), Dawn Harris (Brian) of Chelan, WA and Lynn Fosket (Vernon) of Sequim, WA.; and his siblings, Mike Cochran of Austin, TX and Sheila McGinty of Perris, CA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
