He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald William and Marguerite Lair Cochran; his brother Donald Lair; his wife Mary; his son Tim; his stepmother Margaret L. Hartman Cochran; his sister Sister Noelle; and his son-in-law Brian Harris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Hendrick (Greg), Dawn Harris (Brian) of Chelan, WA and Lynn Fosket (Vernon) of Sequim, WA.; and his siblings, Mike Cochran of Austin, TX and Sheila McGinty of Perris, CA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Precht Rose Chapel (332 E Woodin Ave, Chelan, WA 98816). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chelan Fraternal Cemetery (815 N Bradley St, Chelan, WA 98816).
