He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Stevenson (Crist); his daughter Randalyn Phelps (Patrick Phelps); his grandchildren, Jackson, McKayla and Trinity; his daughter Tara Stapleton (Wade Stapleton); his granddaughters, Lisa, Melissa and Heather; his daughter Lindsey McGinn (Chris McGinn); his grandson Shane; his daughter Faith; and his sister Tammy. He is also survived by his three children, their spouses and seven grandchildren.
