Jim Heddlesten wrote a sympathy message

“We were best friends literally from birth until he and his family moved back to oklahoma from selah. We were born in the same hospital a month apart, traveled to washington from okla. On the same train, lived in the same boarding house for a time, went to the same school, and were best buddies for the first 10 years of our lives. We kept informed of our lives through my grandmother (blanche stickley) and later my mom (lois manley). I am very sorry to hear of his passing. Charlie jim heddlesten”
