He was predeceased by: his father Marty Conard; and his grandmother Sharon Jensen. He is survived by: his mother Becky Jensen; his fiancée Tiffany; his daughter Raymie; his siblings, Natasha Conard, Aaron Conard (Emily), Brad Gilbert (Hannah) and Nichole DeVries; his nieces and nephews, Kendra, Brody, Lucas, Cassius, Cooper, Dylan, Hayden, Hailey, Gabe and Blake; his grandparents, John Jensen (Barb), Bill and Ruby Conard; his aunts, Julie Ryan (Randy), Jill McNealey (Casey) and Anita Conard; and his cousins, Haley McNealey and Brandon Jones.
