He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Sr. (Klooster) and John Heerspink, Sr.; and his sister Theresa Duree. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, Shane Parker (Cookie) of Sedro-Woolley, Frank Heerspink (Wendy) of Buckley, WA and Eugene Heerspink (Becky) of Arizona; his brothers, Ralph Heerspink (Louann) of Lynden and Jake Heerspink (Kathy) of Lynden; and his grandchildren, Colton, Brady, Autumn, Amber, Tyler, Andrew, Kenzie, Kailey, Savannah and Wyatt. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
