He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufino Gaoaen and Avelina Gaoaen. He is survived by: his wife Saniata Maza; his children, Riza Gaoaen-Koropchak, Rex Gaoaen and Rachell Foster; and his grandchildren, Isaac Foster-Arcega, Ira Foster and Ailana Koropchak.
