She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Byron Blakey and Carol Wooley; her siblings, Judith, Wade and Paul; and her daughter Stacy.
She is survived by: her husband Rick; her sons, Charlie (Shanna), Kevin, Chad (Kelci) and Matt (Jessica); and her siblings, Deeann, April, Byron, Lance, Scott and Claude. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
