He is survived by: his parents, Donald Appell and Margery Appell (Schafer); his sisters, Linda Alexander Keigan (Roger), Joyce Appell, Marilyn Allmon, Carol Appell and Debra Shannon; and his pet Skyla Bean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Scott's family respectfully requests donations in Scott's memory be made to Westwood Lutheran Church Rise Early Learning Center.
