He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan A. Perazzi and Peter A. Perazzi of Tuscarawas; and also Randy Rafael of Gnadenhutten, Ohio.. He is survived by: his significant other Teresa Townley Rafael; his daughter Maria Rafael (John Halpine); his grandchildren, Caleb Joseph Halpine, Liam John Halpine, Elena Mae Halpine and Milo Alexander Halpine; and his siblings, Rod Rafael (Diane), Becky Wagner (Doug) and Melissa Shamel (Chris).
