He was predeceased by: his mother Harriet Emily Goins; his brother William (McFarlin); his brothers-in-law, Kevin (Campbell) and Thomas Sr. (Gray); his nephew Ryan (Gray); and his brother David.
He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia; his children, Victor (Annette), Andrea and Amir; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Andrew, Tiana and Kylah.
