She is survived by: her husband Ivan Cusick of Ravensdale; her children, Rachelle Lindsay (Jon) of Bonney Lake, WA and Aaron Cusick (Ashley) of Edgewood, WA; her sister Carol Metzger of Auburn, WA; and her grandchildren, Ava Cusick and Madison Lindsay.
