He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Duggan and Kathleen Lavelle Duggan; and his siblings, Peter, Paddy, Noel, Martin Brendan, O. P. and Kate Duggan O'Neill.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pat and Kathleen; his uncle Martin Duggan; and his siblings, Frank, Barry, Colman, Eithne Laurie and Ann. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grandnephews, and grandnieces.
A vigil service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Assumption Catholic Church (6201 33rd Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98115). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
