It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Morris E. Horton (Seattle, Washington), who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his pets, Skippy and Sassy; his brother Philip; his sister-in-law Valerie; his mother Elma Horton; his daughter Lauren; the parent of his child Kenya Willis-Horton; his sisters, Carolyn Johnson-Davis and Bernita; his aunt Etta Williams; his godmother Katherine McCraney; his father Maurice Horton; his godfather Charles McCraney Sr.; his grandparents, Morris, Addie Mae Horton, Eddie and Iola Davis; his uncles, James, Ellis, Leroy Davis and Richard Shuemake; his cousins, Marsha Lynn Turner-Robinson and Orlando "Bud" Shuemake; his friend Joe Joe Buchanan; and also, Curtis, Dr. Sammuel McKinney and Marcelene Horton-Turner.

Morris was a life-long achiever who during COVID while home bound he worked on certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, while also taking up Day Trading.
