He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce Allen. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Anne Varner; his mother-in-law Willa Jane Varner (Wolff); his brother Gary Earl; his friends, Steve, Lorraine Ekholm, David, Gabrielle Herring, Dave, Barb Casella, Omar, Zarmine Nuri, Chris Dreaney and Lyndel Peters; and his in-laws, Willa, George Tanabe, Marjorie, Jim Dwyer, Donna, Dennis O'Brien and Kenneth Varner (late JoEllen). He is also survived by his family and dear friends.
Mike and Phyllis cherished the time on their land during and after the pandemic.
Mike donated to many causes, such as Doctors without Borders and Wounded Warriors Project.
