He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Kevin Boyle (Crystal) and Melissa Dablow (Zak); his stepchildren, Nicole Andresen (Leo), Chad Clevenger (Marie), Liz Vernon (Jon) and Laura Laursen (Gus); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Lauren, Kelsie, Dylan, Avery, Isaac, Kanan, Carter, Hailey, Cole and Molly.
