She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Sr. Fortuné and Gertrude Fortuné; and her siblings, Phillip, Paul, Ferdinand, Lawrence, Gwendolyn Fortuné and Patricia Martin (Art).
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert R. Johnson; her sister Edna Fortuné; her daughters, Sheila Meyers, Sharon Sears Patricia Meyers (Earnest Jr.) and Ramanda Johnson; her stepchildren, Ramel, Jamal Johnson, Elisa Johnson and Boni Cherelle (Wayne); and her grandchildren, Adrian, Bria, Chrystian, D'Angelo, Darrell, Earnest III, Jalea, Jamal Jr., James, KeMani, Mariah, Maya, Raphael, Rashaun, Rylan and Yonas. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
