He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Kahl-Hall and Ethel Kahl-Hall (Duncan); his son-in-law David Peters; his grandson-in-law James David; his sister Sharron (Jerry Glaser); his nephew Joel Glaser; his brother-in-law David Eggen; and his brother George (Sandy).
He is survived by: his wife Joann Edith Kahl (Kunkel); his children, Maureen Peters, Barry Kahl (Julie), Corrine Replogle (Scott) and Jeffrey Kahl (Evelyn); his sister Sheila Eggen; his grandchildren, Amanda Pronschinske (Lance), Krista Burmeister (Trapper), Hanna Molter (Joshua), Brandon Hoff, Darrin Kahl, Jennah Holo (Nelson), Charla Replogle (Tay), Seth Replogle (Cierra), Gabrielle Kahl (Andrew), Zachery Kahl (Natalie) and Cody Kahl (Emily); his great grandchildren, Peter, Lucas, Dakota, Sienna, Dillinger, Ellie, Eva, Gabe, Caleb (Lizbeth), Alexis (Blake), Drayke and Mycah; and also, Gregory and Geraldine Webster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to St. Matthew Lutheran Church or the Poskin Lake Sportsman's Club in his memory.
