He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Kendoll and Paula D. Kendoll (Streams). He is survived by: his sister Lonnette "Lonnie" Kendoll of Dallas, TX; his stepfather Jeff Baecker of The Dalles, OR; and his friends, Rick and Peggy Hudson of Seattle.
