It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan-Hwa Chi in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Chi, Wei-Ching Chi, Wei-Lien Chi and Wei-Chen Chi. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
