She was predeceased by: her parents, John Steven Harkins and Gloria Elizabeth Watson Harkins. She is survived by: her husband Jim Lynch; her children, Kristin Lynch Smith (Parker) and Sean Patrick Lynch (Lauren); her grandchildren, Walker, Tillman, Calder Smith, Keira, Ryan and Maeve Lynch; and her brothers, Robert, Gerald and Steven Harkins. She is also survived by her extended family, including six sisters- and brothers-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society (donate.cancer.org) in memory of Jacqueline Lynch.
