He was predeceased by: his wife Meta. He is survived by: his daughters, Annemieke (Jeff Powers) and Doreen Kiss (Ron Wiener); and his grandchildren, Cathelyne, Shannon Powers, Ben and Jake Wiener. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
