He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Avais Boyd and Beverly Kay Boyd; and his grandson Josiah Earl Boyd. He is survived by: his children, Serena (Jeff), Jamie, Ryan (Romelyn), Jessica and Travis; his grandchildren, Kayley, Tyler, Josafeen, Katanaa, Nolan and Bryson; his siblings, Gary, Barbara, Connie and Janelle; and his aunt Sharon Briggs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
