She was predeceased by: her parents, Olaf K Dolva and Alma Dolva (Hovde); her husband Clayton Jorgenson; her son Russell Jorgenson; and her brothers, Vincent Andrew Dolva, Harold Wallace Dolva and Roald "Waddy" Everett Dolva.
She is survived by: her son Roger Jorgenson; and her sister June Adel Marie Dolva.
Doris passed quietly in her sleep on May 16, 2024 at River Pointe of Moorhead, MN where she succumbed to Alzheimer's disease.
