She is survived by: her husband Frank Smith; her children, Kathi, Terri, Didi, Julie and Greg; and her children-in-law, Rob Johnson, Bryan Dahlheim, Greg Matz and Dianne Santiago. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; two grandchildren-in-law; and one great-grandchild.
