We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2020, at the age of 65, Barry John Briggs (Seattle, Washington), born in Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Tim Briggs of Seattle and Laura Briggs of Dillon; his son-in-law Bennett Chomski; his parents, Vincent Briggs and Kathleen Briggs; his wife Mary Anne; his siblings, Connie Hatfield, Doug Briggs (Pam), Roger Briggs (Jeanne), Mark Briggs (Jayne), Ricky Briggs (Dorothy), Jill Mosley (Brian), Thomas Briggs, Steven Briggs and Mike Briggs (Patty); and his brothers-in-law, Joe Jensen (DeeDee) and James Jensen. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, friends and family in attendance are asked to wear a mask and follow proper social distancing measures, keeping in mind the health and safety of the grieving family.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Dillon Food Pantry or Barrett Memorial Hospital Foundation continuing Barry's lifelong legacy of helping those in need.
