He was predeceased by: his parents, Margret Azzola and Tony Azzola; his wife Lila; and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Steve (James) and Denise (Ron); his brother Larry (Linda); his grandchildren, Calvin (Sheryl), Salena and Tanya; and his great grandchild Klein.
