It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Dermot Byrd (Seatac, Washington), who passed away on October 3, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Rosalund Gale Smith; his son-in-law Jerrold Smith; his son Raphael Murrell; his siblings, Aslean Harnsberry, Ruby Duke and Norman Byrd; and his wife Velita Kidd Byrd.
