Andrew Phipps (Shannon) of Newcastle, WA and Rob Phipps (Liz) of Sammamish, WA; his adoptive daughter Lynell Thomas (Matt) of Sammamish, WA; his grandchildren, Noelle, Ashlyn (Gavin), Suzie, Kylie, Elise, Ryann, Ali, Lillie, Paul, Drew, Robbie and Freddie; his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Lucas and Emersyn; his brother Robert "Bobbie" Phipps (Grace Johnson) of Shady Side, MD; his siblings-in-law, Mark and Shirley Reinertson of Robbinsdale, MN.; and also Junette.
