He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ali Oskouian and Massoumeh Oskouian; his wife Jamileh Oskouian; his children, Rama Oskouian (Greg Emens) and Rod Oskouian (Christen Oskouian); his grandchildren, Ava, Arya, Alina and Gregory; and his sister Kosar Malekpour. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in his honor may be made to the Seattle Science Foundation to establish an honorary international fellowship position.
