He is survived by: his parents, Scott and Alison; his sister Emily; and his grandparents, Harry Cooker, Eriann Pearson, Dave Taylor, Nancy Taylor, Frank Cushing and Nancy Cushing. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to "Cush it to the Limit", a fund set up by Ben to raise money for research into rare T-cell Lymphomas.
