We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2018, at the age of 77, Joseph F. Boyer (Salmon Creek, Washington), born in Duluth, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his siblings, Dianna Stolz of Woodland and Michael Boyer of Vancouver; his aunt Doris Effinger of Tigard, OR; and also Ginger. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Joe's name to the SW Washington Humane Society.
